Do we ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. We use USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail. The method will depend on the method that you select upon checkout. We do not accept international credit cards (cards issued outside the United States). We only accept PayPal for international orders.
How long does shipping take?
We have many different shipping options available at the checkout page. Shipping time can be estimated in our shopping cart. Time frames for each order can be selected upon checkout. Free Shipping is 7 - 10 days. 
How long do orders take for processing?
Orders take 24 - 48 business hours for processing and verification. This is to insure our safety and yours and most orders are processed quickly in order so we can get them out to you in a timely manner. This also applies to expedited orders. Please take this into account when ordering, or e-mail if we can send it out any sooner.
What are ArmyUniverse's Hours of Operation?
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. We are closed on the weekends and major holidays.
Can I call ArmyUniverse.com?

How can I return my order?
If you would like to return your order you may do so by e-mailing us with your order. 

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days from the day the order is placed to return your order. We cannot generate RMA numbers after this time frame because our system will not allow us to do so. We will not deviate from this time frame unless previous authorization is given to extend the time, which we will only grant in special cases.

How can I exchange my order?
If you need to exchange your order you can email exchanges at armyuniverse.com and they will provide an exchange code for you to send back your order. We do not cover shipping costs when shipping the item back to us, However we will send back the product to you at our expense. We are happy to offer Free Shipping on Exchanges but we can only offer this once, so please make sure you know what you would like to exchange it for. If you decide to return a product after an exchange is completed, you will be charged for the return shipping costs back to you.
How can I place a wholesale order or get a quote for a large quantities?
If you are interested in purchasing large quantities, please e-mail wholesale at armyuniverse.com, our wholesale team will be glad to give you a quote for large quantities. If you see a price and you would like to know if we can match it just email info at armyuniverse.com and we will do our best to match any prices you see on a different website.

  •      1. Our promotion offering free shipping applies to Continental USA only (48 States).
  •      2. Not valid for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, International Orders, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes addresses.
  •      3. Shipping Method is standard shipping & shipping carrier is chosen by Army Universe and is not negotiable.
  •      4. Delivery time is 7 - 10 Business Days. If you need an order by a certain date, you should use an expedited shipping method.
  •      5. Overweight and over-sized packages do not apply. Over-sized packages are packages over 25 lbs.
  •      6. Some items may not be eligible for free shipping. Items which are not eligible for this promotion will be subject to normal shipping charges.

    To complete a Bank Account Wire Transfer, please e-mail us for specific details. There is a $20.00 processing fee included to all orders done via Bank Account Wire Transfer.
